Christos was born in Cyprus, in 1980.


He has studies music, music technology, and the music business, in Cyprus, Athens (Greece) and London (the UK).


In the classical music section, he has studied Piano, Classical Singing, Composing and Orchestration, Historical and Form Analysis of all western music periods, and ensemble conducting. His studies at the Musicology Department of the National University of Athens were the main core of his musical studies.


Christos’ first involvement with technology and music technology goes back to 2001. Recording and Sound Editing, Electronic Arranging, Sound Production, Sound Synthesis, Sound and Image synchronization are a few of the modules he is most interested in. The Engineering and Information Science Department of the University of Hertfordshire appreciated his talent and skills, and made him an offer of a final year (3rd) direct entry, in its BSc in Electronic Music program, of which he graduated in 2004 with honours.


Christos got involved with the business side of things in 2005 and ever since his activities are closely related to both technology and the entertainment business, with a special focus in music. Having achieved a masters degree from The University of Westminster in Music Business with merit, he has gained professional experience in England, Greece and Cyprus. Christos has worked with musicians, producers, international entertainment / technology - related companies, Universities and other educational institutions or / and music schools, as a Tech Trainer Manager, a Consultant, an Apple Expert and more (see e-resume for more info).


Artistically, Christos is actively involved in the contemporary and modern music scene, both electronic and acoustic. In July 2011 his company, Veramand Ltd, produced the cabaret show “Love needs a trio”, with great success. His main focus is found in artistic projects across disciplines, with the interaction of music and other artistic forms of expression. Christos has taken part in performances, concerts and festivals in various European countries, and has performed in some of the biggest European theatres, being a part of a wide range of ensembles and acting as a performing artist, a piano/keyborad player, a solo vocalist, a member of a vocal ensemble, a member of a contemporary music ensemble and many more. Wether as a solo artist or as a part of an ensemble, Christos has performed in music and music technology festivals, and has cooperated with artists of great appreciation, such as George Moustaki, Dr Richard Boulanger, Evgenios Spatharis, Giorgos Dalaras, Marios Tokas, Vassos Argyrides, Costas Cacoyiannis, Theodoros Krasides, and the alternative electronic rock band of Sigmatropic. He has also been part of the opening act of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds concert, Mobi’s concert, Sonic Youth and Constantinos Vita concerts.


Today Christos Krasidis is the General Manager of Veramand Ltd, running also Veramand studio, a multi-artistic training branch. Veramand Ltd is a Cyprus-based company aiming to refresh and change the artistic activities in Cyprus. At the same time he has been working closely with the Representation of the European Committee in Cyprus offering them Consulting Services, and has been appointed Sales Manager Cyprus for the Apple Market in Cyprus since April 2009, working with iSquare S.A., the Official Distributor of Apple in Greece & Cyprus.
